Louisville Dryer Rotary Kilns

Louisville Dryer Company provides both refractory lined Direct Fired Kilns and Indirect Heat Kilns for the purpose of low-temperature incineration and gasification of petroleum sludges, MSW, and biomass on a worldwide scale. The material is heated in the rotary unit at low temperature (less than 2,000F) and in a semi-inert gas stream.

The complex organic molecules are converted to synthesis gas. This syngas is withdrawn to a secondary combustion system converting waste to energy.
